Lecce Fashion Week-end – 8th, 9th June 2013 – Piazza S. Oronzo, Lecce

On 8th and 9th June 2013, the tenth edition of “Lecce Fashion Week-end – Moda Made in Puglia” was held in the beautiful setting of Baroque Lecce, promoted by the Municipality, the Province, the Lecce Chamber of Commerce and the Association of Small Industries; the event was organized by the “Alta Voce” agency, coordinated by Elisabetta Bedori, and in collaboration with the “Stage” association.

The “Capsule collection” presented by E.G Ricami was called “THE WARMTH…OF COLORS,” a collection of winter garments in which the woven knit panel is the starting point, the sublime narrative tool: pierced, multicolored, geometrically matrixed, woven, hand-crocheted or machine-made from the fine mohair and merino yarns.

The following work of sober union is the result of an editing process, conducted directly on the mannequin, paying attention to the harmony of the silhouette.

Dresses with clean lines and slim traits feature non-defined hemlines.

With this capsule Edvige commemorates Ottavio Missoni, who passed away in 2013, and his creative contribution to the culture of Italian knitwear.
